Explore the Près-la-Rose park in Montbéliard

The Près-la-Rose park is the green lung of Montbéliard and offers ten hectares of trees where you can admire more than 100 different botanical species.

The visit is very playful, with giant butterfly and ant sculptures, water games and even a giant 20-metre high meridian. Don't forget to get lost in the plant maze!

Just next to the Près-la-Rose park, take a look at the Science Pavilion to discover exhibitions on the theme of science and nature accessible to young and old.

Visit the Peugeot Adventure Museum

Only 5 minutes drive from our hotel, this museum tells the story of the family adventure led by the Peugeot brothers. The company has been established in the Montbéliard region since 1810!

Discover the most emblematic car models of the brand with the Lion, but also many objects that you would never suspect: coffee grinders, razors, sewing machines...

Climbing the Mont-Bart fort in Bavans

Go to Bavans, a 25-minute drive from our hotel La Vieille Ferme, to visit the Mont-Bart Fort, built between 1874 and 1877. It was part of the eastern fortifications that defended the current Swiss border.

The fort, which rises to an altitude of 497m, offers a panoramic view of the Montbéliard region and the valleys of the Lizaine and Doubs rivers. It is possible to visit its underground galleries independently or with a guide. Fascinating!

Open from Tuesday to Sunday in July and August. Price: 3€.
